I'm Leisha, the owner and head educator here at Pretty I.R.L Beauty Academy. I started where you are right now, I had a passion for beauty and interested in starting a career for myself all while having a flexible schedule. I started off with lashing and as my career grew, I learned to master every thing else and started helping other's do the same; quit their jobs and become boss babes in the billion dollar beauty industry. We've trained over 3500 students! I created Pretty I.R.L Beauty Academy to reshape how beauty education is delivered and accessed to be inclusive for EVERYONE, from the busy post secondary student, to the overwhelmed hustling moms. Everyone deserves to start a career for themselves and have the freedom to use their time the way they want while having fun doing it!
